逗子,葉山,屋根の修理リフォームの服部瓦店　Blog::葉山瓦

築４０年以上の建物と思われます。海岸から直線距離で２００ｍほどの場所です。下から眺めると何でもないのですが、屋根に上がり点検すると桟瓦の重なり部分が塩害で溶けてしまっています。全面葺き替え工事が理想ですが、今回は目視で塩害と分かった桟瓦を差し替え交換します。
