築３５年の瓦屋根の隅棟面戸漆喰の塗り替え工事です。既存の古くなり膨らんだ状態の漆喰を剥がし、ほこりをはらい、下塗りにシリコン入り南蛮を塗り、仕上げに漆喰を塗り上げます。のし瓦の勾配が悪く棟全体の状態がよれて悪い場合は、棟の取り直し工事となります。
